Dee's Personal Photo Gallery

Many people have asked to see photos of me and it's always more than one. Rather than tie up my bandwidth sending emails, I created this little page. Sort of an online "portfolio". For those of you who may have been here before, I have changed the layout of the page and decided to use thumbnail sized images versus the actual photos to speed up loading of the page. To view the full photograph, just click on any of the thumbnails and the full image will be pulled up in a separate window.

This is the full photo from the "Portrait.jpg" which is shown on my main home page. I actually created that image to be used on a paper document I was preparing at the time. Sort of like part of my letterhead. It never got used for its intended purpose. This was taken in March, 1996. Boy how time flies...

Here's a photo that will give you a big laugh! "BIG" being the operative word here: That's ME, Christmas, 1995 and about 50 pounds heavier than I am now! Boy am I glad the lighting was terrible for this photo! I have worse too, but fortunately I never scanned them! NO! Don't even TRY to get me to!

The photo to the left is me in the same dress as above, but taken about four months later in March 1996 and 30 pounds lighter! In fact the photo to the right (as well as the photo at top) was taken on the same day. I was pretty proud that day because it was the first time I had fit in that little flowered peplum dress in a LONG time (not saying how long). It's hard for ME to believe, but that dress is too big for me now!

This is an artistic rendering of another photo that was taken of me that same Christmas evening in 1995. I had the photo file posted in a member photo gallery somewhere on Compuserve (Yeah, I have been online a LONG time). One day, it got sent back to me looking like this. The artist, Leonardo, did a wonderful job and I have always liked this image.

Well I removed that busy photo of me from 1991 (yeah, it was THAT old!). The one to the right was taken on May 29, 1998 with my new "Advantix" camera. So it's a recent one!

So here I am at 32. Thank GOD I still have all my hair! (LOL)

Below are some shots taken with my Quickcam. I had a black and white which I retired last summer for color. The color is nice, but not as good as I had hoped for. Oh well, the end result is not too bad. My personal greeting was recorded with the color cam. Take a LOOK.

This photo was taken in between Thanksgiving and Christmas, 1997. Don't ya just love the cheesy Christmas tablecloth on the dining room set? You'll notice how well it blended with the blue and white checkered, daisy curtains and cushions! (NOT) What an eye for color! (LOL)

The pooch getting her belly rubbed is my faithful german shepherd, Candie! Isn't she a cutie? The half a pooch you see in the lower right foreground is my mom's pekanese (sp?) who was visiting for the holidays!

Here's a new photo and REALLY BAD photo of me taken with my new Kodak DC-280 Digicam on 1/5/2000. I hope to be posting more (and better) photos in the near future!

This last one was taken at Minnewaska State Park on 1/8/2000. I'm not really smiling here, I think I'm gritting and chattering my teeth from the cold! Brrrrrr! I got a bunch of photos taken from that area that I will be posting on my PLACES page very soon. Keep watching!

To the right, is a most recent close-up photo. The square-like light around my eyes is sunlight coming in through the window. It kind of adds some character to the image, no? And NO, I'm not somber in this pic. I'm trying to appear more "serious". :-)
